Registration order at moving of the goods by motor transport from arrival places on the Warehouse of a temporary storage, being in immediate proximity from check points through state border.

 The order N 2351 from 17.11.2011 confirms the Order of fulfilment of customs operations at moving of the goods by motor transport from arrival places on customs territory of the CU on the warehouses of a temporary storage which are in immediate proximity from check points and in which territory customs bodies are located. The order defines features of fulfilment of customs operations concerning the given goods. In particular are defined an order of moving of the goods from an arrival place on the Warehouses of a temporary storage which are in region of activity of one or other customs posts, an order of moving from an arrival place on the Warehouse with use of the book of the transit documentation.

The order comes into force after 30 days after day of its official publication, is published in "The Russian Newspaper" from 18.01.2012. The document is registered in Ministry of Justice 30.12.2011, registration N 22846.
